From colour development to private label

01 — Colour development
We match your reference against our 302-colour master card, or develop a new shade and keep the approved sample on file for re-orders.
02 — Moulding & production
Beads are produced in 2.6 mm with a centred hole, then checked for diameter, height and surface finish on every run.
03 — Quality control
Colour, tolerance and bead integrity are sampled before packing. Bulk bags are weighed on calibrated scales; kit components are counted in.
04 — OEM & private label
Printed bags, boxes, headers and manuals, assembled with pegboards, tweezers and ironing paper — ready to ship to your warehouse or your retail partner.
