MOQ, samples, lead times and how an OEM project runs.
MOQ depends on the product, packaging and customization requirements. Stock colours start from 10 packs; private-label and kit projects are quoted individually. Please share your purchasing needs so we can confirm the applicable MOQ.
Yes. Samples can be arranged for product evaluation, colour approval or design confirmation. Sample charges, shipping costs and preparation times are confirmed according to your requirements.
Product testing and documentation requirements vary by product and destination market. Tell us your target market and product specification and we will confirm which reports and declarations are available for that item.
We accept USD bank transfers (T/T). Other payment methods can be discussed based on the order requirements. Deposit and balance terms are negotiable and confirmed in the proforma invoice before production.
Ready-stock orders: 3–7 working days.
Standard bulk orders: 7–15 working days.
OEM/ODM orders: 15–20 working days.
Lead times depend on product availability and order requirements; shipping time is not included.
Share your product idea, specifications, target quantities and packaging requirements. We review the project, discuss suitable solutions and provide a quotation. Samples can be arranged when needed. Bulk production begins after sample approval, applicable specifications and agreed payment arrangements are confirmed.
No. 2.6 mm mini beads need 2.6 mm pegboards, tweezers and a lower ironing temperature. Using standard 5 mm boards will not hold the beads in place. We can quote matching pegboards, tweezers and ironing paper with your bead order.
Each colour is matched against our master colour card before packing, and we keep an approved sample on file for OEM runs. If you need an exact match to a previous batch, send us the reference and we will check it against the current production.
