Production & dispatch
Stock colours are dispatched in 3–7 working days. Bulk and OEM orders take 7–20 working days depending on colour count, packaging and kit assembly. Dispatch dates are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Shipping methods
We ship by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight and sea freight. Express is normally used for samples and small trial orders; sea freight is used for carton and pallet volumes.
Incoterms
Quotations are usually issued EXW or FOB. CIF and door-to-door options can be quoted on request. Please state your preferred terms and destination port when you send an enquiry.
Tracking & documents
A tracking number is issued once the goods leave our warehouse. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are provided for customs clearance; other documents can be arranged on request.
Duties & taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
